Tips to resolve issues with the mobile app

If you are experiencing issues while using the mobile app, here are some ways to fix it:


Log out

If you are experiencing loading issues, first log completely out of the app. Then, log back in.

Force close the app

Closing and reopening the app only partially restarts it. To fully restart the app, you'll need to force close Careswitch.

Reinstall the app

If force closing the app doesn't work, you can delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play. No data will be lost and you'll need to log in once the app has been reinstalled.

Use the web application

Instead of using the installed app on your phone, you can always open Safari on your iPhone or iPad, or Google Chrome on your Android, and go to From there, you can log in and have a very similar experience to the installed app.


Note: We recommend admin users use the desktop version of the app or using a native browser on your mobile device rather than going through the mobile app.
