Where caregivers see one simple list of their shifts, office staff members can either view all shifts for their agency or just the shifts that belong to them. The My Shifts view is what the caregivers experience with quick actions to clock-in, clock-out, request call out, submit late report, etc.

Use My Shifts if you have Office Staff permissions or greater, and also provide care through assigned shifts.

Pro Tip: When training caregivers, assign a shift to yourself and go to My Shifts to demonstrate clocking in, recording care, etc.
