Care Report Labeling

  • Care Reports have a new labeling system to mark Care Reports as Care Reviewed, Payroll Reviewed, Correction Needed, and/or Exported

  • Labels can only be set by employees with Office Staff and Administrator permissions

Care Report Filtering

  • The Reports view has been redesigned and rebuilt to help you find and process Care Reports

  • Table headers allow you to sort the Care Report rows by Care Recipient, Caregiver, Check-In Time, and Status

  • The table rows also show the new Labels

  • Filter the reports by any date range, or use the Today, Last 7 Days, or Last 30 Days shortcuts

  • Filter the reports by searching for any combination of Care Recipients and Caregivers

  • Filter the reports by status, if the Care Reports are In-Progress or Full Reports

  • Filter the reports by labels, both if the Care Reports have a label or don’t have a label

  • Use the Filter Presets for common filter combinations, such as In Progress Last 7 Days or Needs Payroll Review

Care Report History

  • Every change to a Care Report is now saved and displayed in a new History section at the bottom of all Care Reports

  • History items include edits to times, pain, mood, mileage, continence, care summary, client signature, and labels

Pro Tip: Want to see all Care Reports for a certain Care Recipient or Caregiver, but don’t want to type their name into the filter? Hit the + next to their name to quickly add them to the filter.
