How can I clear my mobile browser data for iOS and Android devices?

This guide details clearing browser cache on iOS and Android to improve app performance by loading updated content without app uninstallation, addressing common loading and formatting issues.

Note: Make sure to follow the steps below for the browser from which you initially installed the Careswitch app.

For iOS Users (Safari Browser)

  1. Open Settings: Begin by opening the 'Settings' app on your iOS device.

  2. Go to Safari Settings: Scroll down and tap on 'Safari' to access the browser settings.

Note: This action will log you out of websites you're signed into, but will force the app to download the latest files. It's typically not necessary to delete the app itself, as clearing the cache will address common issues.

For iOS Users (Other Browsers)

If you use a browser other than Safari on your iOS device, like Chrome or Firefox, you'll need to open the app and find the settings or privacy section. Look for an option that says 'Clear Browsing Data' or 'Clear Cache' and follow the prompts.
