How do I clock-in to a shift?

Starting a shift

Tapping directly on one of your scheduled shifts will bring you to the shift information page.



To clock-in, tap Start Shift. Depending on the office’s settings, you may have some screeners to review before clocking in.



Your phone’s GPS will verify your location that you are within a set range of the client’s residence. If you have any Travel Time to record, you can enter that here.



After reviewing the Plan of Care, tap Clock-In.

You’ll immediately be taken to the Tasks section where you can add notes, complete tasks, indicate if a client declines a task, or flag tasks to notify the office. During your shift, you’ll see a timer counting down and when the shift is complete, tap Clock-Out.
