Adding addresses to the Address Book
Electronic visit verification (EVV) uses geofences and the caregiver's location via GPS. Each client location needs verified locations for this to work.
To reduce the number of duplicate locations, we provide an Address Book to save common addresses for facilities and other locations shared by care recipients.
You can either add locations directly to the Address Book in Settings, or you can add new addresses to the Address Book when creating or editing a client profile.
Pro Tip: Add the facilities in your network to your Address Book now, so that you can simply choose a location from the Address Book when creating client profiles and Schedules.
