What can I do if I missed clocking-in or out?

Resolving missed clock-ins or clock-outs

If you need to document a shift after it has taken place, open the side menu () and then tap Shifts. Tap the date on the calendar that the shift occurred. Then, tap on the shift to see the shift information page. Finally, tap Submit Late Care Note.

    

 

Under Clocked-In, enter the time you started the shift and under Clocked Out enter the time you finished the shift. Additionally, you can enter your travel time, unpaid breaks, client mileage, and your mileage. Lastly, you'll have an opportunity to record additional notes about the client depending on the office’s settings such as the client’s mood, pain level, continence, and a written care summary. Once finished, tap Submit.
