What do I do when I receive a correction request?

Responding to correction requests

If the office has submitted a correction request on one of your care notes, you'll first receive a notification. The shift with a correction request will be represented by a gray circle on that date on the calendar. Tap the date and then tap the shift with the associated correction request.

     

 

Locate the correction request and then tap Edit. Once finished, tap Submit Edit. Once the office reviews and approves your submitted edit, you'll receive a notification.
