What happens if I have low or no connectivity?

Using offline mode when you are not connected to the internet

If you are in a rural area or somewhere where your phone has low connectivity, you can still use the Careswitch mobile app to clock in, complete care tasks, document care, and clock out.

 

When having connectivity issues, you'll be notified of Offline Mode being enabled.


Once your phone reconnects, all of your shift data will be uploaded to your shift.

Note: Your phone must reestablish a connection while the mobile app is still active in order for the stored data from Offline Mode to be uploaded to the shift. If you quit the app without reestablishing a connection, all data will be lost.
