Understand stages and statuses
Every profile has a stage that represents where the person is in their relationship with your agency.
There are three groups of stages:
Recruiting
Prospect
Application
Evaluation
Offer
Workforce
Onboarding
Active
Paused
Departure
Inactive
Statuses are created and customized by your agency. Each stage can have its own statuses, including custom names and colors.
Where are statuses created?
Admins can create or edit statuses in:
Settings → Lifecycles → Professionals
Add a status under the appropriate stage, then give it a name and color.
If a stage does not have any statuses configured, the Status filter will show No statuses — add in Settings. Click this option to go directly to the appropriate Settings page.
Which employees can be scheduled?
A person's stage determines whether they can be assigned shifts.
Employees in these stages can be assigned shifts:
Onboarding
Active
Departure
People in these stages cannot be assigned shifts:
Prospect
Application
Evaluation
Offer
Paused
Inactive
If someone does not appear when you try to find a caregiver for a shift, check their stage.
