Looper How-To Guide
Accessing Looper:
At any time, click the two arrows located in the bottom right corner of the Care Switch platform to access Looper.
Expanding the Looper Window (Optional): You have the option to expand the Looper window for enhanced visibility.
Interacting with Looper:
Typing Questions and Prompts: You can directly type your questions or prompts into Looper's interface.
Using Voice Commands: For a more conversational approach, click the microphone icon to speak your questions or prompts. To stop recording, click the microphone icon again and then click the arrow to send your request.
Starting a New Chat: To initiate a fresh interaction with Looper, click the pencil icon situated in the top right corner.
Utilizing Looper for Specific Tasks:
Creating Shifts: Looper streamlines the process of entering shift information. When you opt to create a shift using the assistant, Looper automatically opens and presents a pre-populated prompt, guiding you through the task.
Navigate to "Shifts" and click "Create" using the assistant.
Provide Looper with all the relevant details about the schedule.
If Looper requires any further information, it will ask for what's missing.

Answering Questions from Employee Profiles: Looper possesses the ability to access and analyze information stored within employee profiles, enabling it to provide swift answers to your queries.
